The Pig Farm!
Yesterday we got to hang out with Lynne Boismer, who runs Noah's Ark Pot Belly Pig Rescue, down in New Port Richey, FL. This place is soooo frikking cool! It literally, was a pleasure to be there. The place is sooo well kept, its amazing! Her and one other girl do everything by themselves. Check them out on the news below!
There are over 100 different pigs, and each one has their own name. Me, being the worst at remembering names...that was a nightmare for me. I am really impressed that she remembers every pigs name.
...and guess what....there is only 1 "Porky!" Ha....
Most of these pigs are rescues. They have either been abused, neglected, or tortured. Its so sad! The main reason being, is that some folks are told that some types of pigs only get 45 lbs. Well, these guys ballooned to over 300 lbs, so the original owners couldn't care for them anymore!
Its amazing how each one has their own personality, so that was my goal for the day. To capture the personality of a pig.....I think it worked.
All of these prints are available for purchase (without the border) for $25, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Noah's Ark Pot Belly Pig Rescue, Inc. Please send me an email if interested in helping these guys out!

Wow! You really captured each swine's personality (honk, snort), sorry couldn't resist! Seriously, those are pretty kewl shots!!!
These are great! Just make sure that you never say "I do pig portraits" while with a client. That would be bad. Real bad. LOL
LOVE these :o)
What SIZE print and what about WITH the border and HOW MUCH for shipping and do you mean 100% of PROFITS go to the charity (so you aren't paying out of pocket)?
Hey Lucky! Lynne will be so happy!
Its an 8x10, it can be be printed with the border if you like, the shipping is included.
I am paying out of pocket for the print and shipping, while the entire $25 gets sent to the Rescue!
I want to help them as much as I can!
